Reduce the sandbox inside your computer

Here's a suggestion to reduce the amount of soot inside your computer. It's just a little embarrassing going to the store to buy what you need - pantyhose. Cut a piece off stretch it across the fan, and reattach the fan to the case and use it as an intake filter so the dirt/grit/grime/etc gets caught in the filter instead of coating the inside of your computer.

Use a aircompressor

Wow, those pictures are nice ones...  
I'm running a game caf� and cleans the inside of the computers 4-5 times a year with the blow from an air compressor. These comps are practically running 24/7. If I didn't clean then, fans would not do a good job cooling the parts inside. Funny things would also happened, like sporadic hanging and bluescreens. So yes... Cleaning a computer is essential, since they are practically acting as passive vacuum cleaners in the room.
